Since we started to create our Nor-Mex menu, I can’t stop eating nordic shrimp! I have even come to think that it’s becoming an addiction … and the biggest surprise was that s the Nordic shrimp gets along very well with my tortillas and tostadas! As well with avocado, onion and cilantro. I was so happy when I tried it for the first time and I realized that I can make my fish tacos using nordic shrimp and adding the classic onion and cilantro, although min viking likes to add cherry tomatoes, for sure we can not forget the salsas, a special part for every single taco.
So from now I took the Nordic shrimp as part of my comfort recipes. You can find two versions f you buy it cooked and peeled, your meal will be made in less than 10 minutes. But you can also find the nordic shrimp unpeeled, it will be more job to do, but you can have a lot of fun peeling it on the table and creating your own taco or tostada.
The recipe is very easy, simple, fast and yummy. What else can we ask for those afternoons and evening where we are busy but we want to eat something healthy, tasty, fast?

Makes: 8 tacos
1 full hand of nordic shrimp
2 tablespoons of mayo
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
Cayenne Pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1. It is very easy, you just need to put everything over the table and basically you prepare your own taco base on your taste.
It is easier to put everything in small container for a better presentation, like salsas, lime, mayo, cilantro, onion.
2. Warm up the tortillas in a heavy skillet or Comal
