This salsa is just for those who likes SPICY SALSA, if you don’t like spicy salsas avoid making this salsa (check out my other salsa recipe here), unless you want to experiment a little bit, I’m sure it will add a nice kick to your tacos or anything else you want to try it with.
This salsa goes perfect with almost everything! But best with chicken, fish and my favourite Steak Fajitas and guacamole.
My friend Nadia is gonna kill me! she gave me her secret recipe and I’m giving it to everyone, but… she doesn’t need to know, right? 😉
Salsa Verde de Jalapeños (Spicy)
Makes: 1 1/2 cup
Prep. Time: 15 min.
2 cups of water approximately
1 Garlic clove (Small)
1 Organic Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 tablespoon of Oil (olive oil, avocado oil, canola oil)
1. In a small-medium pot, bring water to boil, once the water start boiling, add the jalapeños and let them cook until jalapeños has changed to a lighter green colour.
2. Once the jalapeños are well-cooked blend together with the garlic, chicken bouillon cube and oil until well mix ( we’re looking for a very smooth consistency, if you think still a bit chunky add a teaspoon of water and a bit of oil and blend again)
3. Place the Salsa in a Serving Bowl.
*NOTE: Don’t add Salt, the Chicken Bouillon Cube already have enough salt.
